Below are the tips for translating PennMUSH. The content of this article is likely to change over time.

PennMUSH 1.8.4p3 has been released

PennMUSH 1.8.4p3 has been released. There are no additional internationalization-related features. Dutch and Croatian translations for this version are complete. The other three most complete translations are Norwegian (42 of 1559 strings are untranslated), Polish (213 strings are untranslated), and Hungarian (515 strings are untranslated).

Translation of PennMUSH to Finnish is under way

Viila@M*U*S*H has started translating PennMUSH to Finnish. fi_FI.pox translation file for Finnish will, starting with PennMUSH 1.8.4p3, be present in the po/ directory, but it will probably contain no translations for now.

M*U*S*H (mush.pennmush.org 4201), the flagship MUSH of PennMUSH codebase, has the +I18N channel since yesterday. As its name suggests, it's meant for discussions about the internationalization of MUSH servers and clients (but primarily of PennMUSH).
